Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied on U.S. orders of $150+ (cart subtotal after discounts, before tax).

• Orders under $150: Shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your address and carrier rates.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

• Standard U.S.: 3–5 business days (typical, not guaranteed)
  Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@true-prophecy.com. We’ll do our best, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Delivery Issues

• Marked Delivered but Not Received: Please wait 24–48 hours, check with neighbors/household, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email info@true-prophecy.com and we’ll help investigate.

• Lost/Damaged in Transit: Email photos and your order number to info@true-prophecy.com within 7 days of the marked delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist.
